Key Account Associate - Erzurum

Position purpose:

The position will be based in Erzurum and will be reporting to Key Accounts Manager within the Sales Department.

What will you do – responsibilities:

Order fulfillment & warehouse operations management: Planning & monitoring sufficient product levels by collaborating with the store officials. Ensuring timely supply to the stores' warehouses within the Erzurum Region including Kars, Ağrı, Iğdır ve Van cities
Planogram & penetration: Implementing the product line-up standards on customer basis
Reporting: Reporting and documenting all visits made within the scope of the defined working routine as per the company standards & procedures. Carrying out all reporting activities regularly and completely
Relationship management: Fostering healthy, constructive, and positive relationships with the stores and purchasing officials

Who are we looking for – requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
With a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Function in FMCG
Strong communication, follow up and negotiation skills
Willing to travel within Turkey
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
