To coordinate both Logistic and quality activities within the Distribution Centre. Support TMMT related projects during development and mass production. Ensure on time deliveries inline with Customer requirements. Monitor Finished Goods Stock and control methods are in line with business objectives. Coordinate activities between Quality and Logistics teams. Take necessary actions based upon quality & delivery performance reports from our Customer.

Work together with regional Logistic and Quality staff and coordinate the delivery of finished goods for trial, mass production and service parts.
Support the Logistics team in the coordination of 3rd party DC and manufacturing sites to ensure Internal & Customer standards are respected.
Monitor customer and internal KPI's and coordinate with the logistics team for improvement plan follow up
Ensure FG stock levels are in accordance with Business KPIs.
Contribute to maintaining close links between the manufacturing sites, GPP locations accordingly.
Co-ordination with the logistics team of budget preparations linked with Packaging and DC requirements.
Insure good communication with all Adapazari staff.
Support the logistics team to identify areas of improvement in support of the Customer and manage solution implementation.
Work together with Logistics member to closely control potential obsolescence of finished goods during new product introduction.
Support the Quality team to liaise with manufacturing sites to swiftly resolve customer concerns
Support the coordination of support teams during inspection, rework activities and trial build events to ensure quality requirements / standards are met without compromise.
Monitor KPI feedback from the Customer and coordinate with the Quality team related to the SQR improvement.
Generate monthly business and customer reports.
Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager

Ideally has automotive experience.
Have substantial production / logistics and/or quality background.
Knowledge of MRP/ ERP /WMS systems is an advantage.
Understanding of quality management systems.
Be able to communicate effectively at all levels with emphasis on a high degree of Customer contact/liaison.
Be analytical and proactive in response to internal and Customer requirements.
Experience in New Product Introduction as well as run in run out phasing and set design changes.
Experience / knowledge of harness design and manufacturing processes is also desirable.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Driving licence
The ability/flexibility to travel to Customer & Manufacturing plants.
Flexibility in terms of working hours.
Ability to react to customer calls outside of normal working hours.
